  Terrible customer service. I had an issue with the polish bubbling after a couple of days and went back in after 5 days to have it fixed. The owner acknowledged that the polish did in fact bubble up, but proceeded to make excuse after nonsensical excuse as to why she would not fix it. She said that I should have called when I noticed it. I told her it's a straightforward issue and I did not have time to come in any sooner. She then said the polish bubbled because I had my nails under their light...where the nail tech sat me down after polishing. The owner then started rambling on about how she told me a price when I came in last time but she didn't know I wanted the shape changed, etc. I told her I paid for everything that I added on, and she said yes but that's only $5. I have no idea why I am suddenly responsible for a nail salon's pricing policy. Basically, the owner made every outlandish excuse to avoid fixing a simple problem. I wouldn't want to see how she responds to a more serious complaint.
